NEW UPDATE Feb 20th xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Arrows for left, right and jump, space to throw Shuriken. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx This Side-scroller uses dynamic sprites to create scenery. The "marker" sprites read the map along the bottom and set the scenery sprites to the appropriate costume. It would be a simple matter to create more scenery types, and there is scope for as many maps as you can have backgrounds on the stage! xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx All that is missing now is some enemies to throw shiruken at! Towards that end, I have added a single flying crow as an experiment in moving non-player characters. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx Ninja Sprite from Reiner's Tilesets. Scenery blocks from "Planet Cute". xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx FEB 20th: Archers now shoot at you if they are facing in your direction when they stop. Next mod will be to make touching any enemies or arrows fatal.
