You can find Beldum in D/P. How to:Once you have your National Dex go to sandgem town. The house below the Pokecenter. Talk to the little girl. If it is your fist time talking to her talk to her again. She will say a pokemon that is "swarming" a route. It might not be Beldum. It can be a BUNCH of others. Any route there is grass, there is a swarm there. So keep trying once a day.

You can't see wild Metagross in the wild on D/P. In fact, you can't even see beldum or Metang.
