Download "Flip Flop"(7 sprites and 20 scripts) and open it in Scratch
Project Notes
A pyramid of mechanical flip flops, alternately deflecting each ball to the right or left. Balls colour each flip flop as they pass.
You have 3 balls (red, yellow and blue), which start on the right and begin rolling automatically, one after the other.
You can hold a ball on the bottom shelf by pressing keys 1, 2 or 3 (for the red, yellow and blue ball respectively). The 'Hold' display will show currently held balls.
Pressing the key again will release the ball immeadiately.
Balls disappearing off the bottom of the screen reappear and drop down from the top, where 1 is added to the Count.
On the bottom row there are 7 flip flops allowing 2 to the power 7 combinations. Therefore, when the Count reaches 128, all flip flops will have returned to their original starting positions and the sim will end.
Note that only the red ball can carry out the last 2 counts and so complete the pyramid.

Wow, neat! It works, too! I especially love the fake "hold" display that looks like a variable watcher.
