Years ago as I visited the Waldviertel in Lower Austria, I discovered this well. It is the European watershed. All the rivers on the one side run to the Black Sea, the rivers on the other side to the North Sea. An example how to animate a sprite and how to make a shadow.

The turtle on the wall reminds me of that Escher print with the never-ending stairway with people walking around and around. Maybe you could animate that, too! I like this a lot as it captures a place and a time with special meaning. Nice drawing too.

Nice job. It would be cool to also see you make a program with an 'active' shadow. For example, you can move the turtle with arrow keys, and the turtle and shadow move simultaneously.
