This is my first scrolling game.
Guide Link to the Pedestal of Time, while avoiding treacherous pits and boiling lava. If you are touching lava get out quick ore you dead.
Use arrow keys to move.
Down key to shoot bow
Special thanks to eyeblz_rkz for the link sprite and Bluestribute for helping to teach me how to scroll. mkolpnji for the music.
I am not finished working on this project yet.

simple but enjoyable.
Nice game but the targets don't work sometimes, and he ducks when running for some reason. Love-It none the less
link runs to slow make him go faster please.
cool sprite of link and i like how he jumps high
there is a glitch. when I shoot at the target it doesn't get rid of the lava
It is sorta hard... I like it thogh so I am going to try editing it.

In the full version, don't forget to add monsters, the swords, and the ocassional heart container.

Good old times! I used to play Zelda's Lullaby on my old piano when I was little.
the control of the character sucks, but it's still a good game, i love legend of zelda

would it be okay if I used the link sprite in my super scratch match game( kinda like super smash bros.) I'm looking for guest characters and i'm trying to take some from games that i think are really awesome!
Sure, but you might want to go to eyeblz_rkz 's project to get the full sprite sheet, I deleted some costumes

ok i guess it could make it easier to understand for beginners, and i thought you would already know that i was just trying to see why you didn't do that. thats a good reason though :)
i have a tip too. when you start the first scrolling you don't have to say set x to scroll + (480*0) you can just say set x to scroll. This is because 480*0 is 0.
It makes the script easier to understand if you are studiing the script to try to learn how to scroll from it.
oh and i disagree with greatdane i think it is awesome and totally worth playing my rating:4.25/5 awesome!
i tok a look at the scripts and it's incredible. This guy made the entire song using the notes on Scratch. He DIDN'T import. that was awesome! the only problem is he switces to the landing costume three times.

It is usiong the scratch music interface but I didn't make it mkolpnji made it and I used it. I creditted him though
If I'm not mistaken, this project is top viewed because of all the links from other projects. And, this isn't a really nice way to do it. I am asking a question, and what do I see? geckofreak: Have you seen my first scroller? I don't think this project is bad, but the character costumes aren't good either.

It's a good start. Add enemies, and improve the graphics. I do like the music, though, and it's nice that it's fully programmed in. If you want I can remaster it (the music is Zelda's theme from Ocarina of Time, right?) and give you an mp3 to use.

Awesome, the only thing i think could be improved is the graphics. The lava doesnt look very dangerous :P Great game, though

I plan to improve the jumping and bow, fix a few mistakes in the scripts and a a twilight princess background.
