Use your mouse to throw the Stick Figure Men away from your Castle. Throw them up and let them fall, toss them and pull them down are only some ways you can stop these guys, but they have to go above your Castle then hit the ground to get them.

To progress to the next stage defeat all the men in the wave, you can see how many men you have to go.

The higher the Stage the harder it gets
