Like $250 at CampusTech.com with student identification. We have a lot of older versions sitting around, they work fine, but I downloaded Photoshop CS3 extended for a free 30 day trial at Adobe.com and it's AWESOME! If you don't have that kind of money to spend on software (Flash was a birthday/x-mas present for me ;), then I'd suggest GIMP (gimp.org). It's free but my experience with it is that the interface is somewhat confusing.
