Is it alright if I modify this and use this in my operating system, Fab OS 2? I think that this would be a much better window system than the one that I threw together. Thanks.
I am having a really hard time modifying it. I am trying to reduce the number of menu sprites and making it one big one with click detection scripts, but I can't figure out how to script new menu sprite, as I can't decipher your variable and broadcasting names.

I'm not really planning on "finishing" it. There's only so much you can do with a Scratch "Operating System". However, this is an excellent way to make your own.
This is kind of like the stacks feature in Mac OSX Leopard. I have great stuff planned for this in Spaces V2.0. Im going right up to version two instead of 1.3 because 1.3 sounds stupid.

relyt12101-this isn't intended to be an OS. It's merely a "shell" for anyone who wants help designing theirs.
WOW! Overall the OS isn't so great (Yet - so work on that!) But the effects, minimize mode, and graphics are amazing!!!
