It works perfectly. Did you write the piece yourself? I suggested a MIDI import feature to Scratch team in forums. I have many midi files that can not use in Scratch.

i wanted to adapt the harmonies in a piece of music.. it is easier to do a straight forward record to wave file using the computers sound card internal synthesiser.. and then edit that wave file in a sound editing program etc.. but you probably know all of that anyway..:)

hi, i left a comment for jens once and i don't think there are any plans for a midi import feature..but it would be useful alongside some music filters comparable to image effects blocks.. i have several different midi packages one being cubasis notation.. and it allows import of midi file and menu for transforming that to a score.. so the music really is not my own but i was adapting a compostion if you see what i mean..
