Great job making the sliders hide! It might be a bit confusing to users though - all they see is a blank screen with a dot in the center unless they know enough to put the mouse in the upper left corner. Maybe add a message to the background or at least put the instructions at the very top of the Project Notes?
While toying around with blocks to find an efficient way to do that, I found an interesting thing I could do to make it more artsy and still let the player be in control. I think I'll just stick with that for now.
This is my first Math Art project, so that's good. Following the recent fad of one sprite one scripters, I decided to make one. Not very difficult IMO, but still a one-sprite-one-scripter.
In this project you can change the pen's size, speed, direction, and how much it's color changes. Press space to clear th screen. If you put your mouse in the top left-hand corner, you will be able to adjust the variables.
Have fun seeing what design your pen will make!
Thanks to Paddle2See for the "clear"and "variable hiding" ideas! They make the project so much better!

(view all replies)Hmm - this isn't math-art - it's just pen art. It's brilliant anyways. :)

You inspired me to make a remix...I wanted to see if I could make the variables hide so I could see the full screen! (link to project)
Wow...try a direction angle of 7 with speed of 70 - cool arcs!
Pretty colors! I like it. It would be nice to be able to set the sprite direction too....
It's already up, you'll see that they're's a new function called direction.

(view all replies)I'll get to work on that! Thanks Paddle!
Cool! I just noticed that if you set pen color change to 100, it just switches between 2 colors, and you can make cool patterns with it :)
lol
