I think Scratch 1.2.1 was released on May 15, 2007. The only answers are Dec. 2007, Dec. 2006, or Jun. 2007.
I'll verify with the Scratch Team in the forums.
Hmmm. I got that from relyt12101's project, "History of Scratch." (link to project) I think the date is fine.
I ended with-- Money, 5280, and Wager, 400.
I guess I prefer this one better.
