that picture was taken at MIT media lab (the home of scratch!), where I am a student and a member of the scratch team. the big scratch cat is on a banner that we made for the scratch conference last summer.

Yeah, otherwise he would have to make a background sprite and an Eric sprite and delete all the background on the Eric sprite, and that would be a TON of work.
