Download the 11 sprites and 16 scripts of "Caesar cipher" and open it in Scratch
Project Notes
experimenting with ways to use scratch to encrypt messages. my text input method was inspired by the text input options for the web browser on the nintendo wii, where you can either point and click on a QWERTY keyboard or a mobile phone style keypad. As you input text with the keypad, the program encrypts it with a Caesar cipher.
The clicks variable is shown to help the user keep track of how many times they've clicked a button, and when it's ready for a new letter (when clicks resets to 0).
The shift variable slider sets the shift for the Caesar cipher.
