Hi I get inspired to make one mathgame, about the same with 17 sprites and 46 scripts (link to project) if anyone want to modify the game with other questions. For training and repetions I have done (link to project) before for everyone who want be better in calculations
I think it's wonderful! Besides, the game is still fun; It's teaching you something and it is educational, of course, but that doesn't mean it can't be fun.
I HAVE TO SAY THAT THIS IS THE FUNNIEST GAME ON THE SCRATCH WEB SITE. YOU SHUD BE VERY PROUD OF YOURSELF AND YOUR GAME BUT WHAT WOULD MAKE IT BETTER IS IF THE PLAYER WAS TIMED DURING THE MULTIPLACTION BUT OTHER THAN THAT ITS A GOOD GAME
I'm not sure it would be fair to time it, because the movement of the answer circles is random. It might be hard to catch some of the answers some to the time and easy other times.
This is Better then usually and plus if you get any wrong, you could do it over and over and over and over and you get the point!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Great game very fun but i think its a little easy maybe i dont know a maze and you got to run into the maze to where its the piece because if you know how to multiplicate its easy (and what an amount of scripts must be the project with most scripts(that needs them))
Yeah...that's kind of strange. Also, the boxes don't seem to change color with the correct or incorrect answer any more...I thought that was a good feature.
Part of the problem might just be lag due to so many sprites. I think you can reduce the sprite count significantly by having each number sprite represent several numbers through costumes and the same with the boxes. The right/wrong color could be handled with graphic effects instead of colors as well. You could probably get the sprite count down to about 30. If I get some time I will experiment a bit.
I'm already working on a fix. I took your advice and removed several of the sprites. I think the lag has to do with the "if touching" block. I'm also going to cut down on some broadcasting.
Sometimes the box is not recognizing the answer. You end up having to place the circle on the far edge of the box and then release the mouse. I'll work on this.
This is the most entertaining math game I've ever seen! I love it. I do think it's a bit harsh to release *all* your captured numbers if you make one mistake though. I was about 70% done when I accidentally brushed a number against a wrong answer and they all escaped - frustrating!

102 sprites and 1026 scripts?!

That's incredible! No wonder it took so many scripts!
brilliant! Over 1000 scripts that actually do something - impressive!
Friggin' awesome!! ^o^ lol I still love it even though I'm in the 8th grade XDDDD
Thanks!!!! That means a lot!
(view all replies)this game is the........... worst u shouldnt put a learning game on a fun website!!!
also, this sight is a ".edu" which stands 4 education
there is where you have wrong. Some loves this kind of stuff, I'm one of them I think this is very fun :) I love maths.

All of my other projects are fun stuff. I noticed that there were some math galleries on scratch and I wanted to do something for those too.
Small, fun and useful. Why not to add a scoring mechanism? BTW, I really love it.
How would you score it if you were doing it?
(view all replies)Cool!
Thanks!
captain ferret would love this!
EH..
(view all replies)Great game!
1026 scripts?!?!?!!?
Every time I made a change, I had to make it 144 times (once for every multiplication fact).
It's really cool. I like it. see my games- "Midnight arrow Attack 2", "Ping Pong Game", and "Skating Game" Or you can just search for computernerd101
ahhhh......i learned these a long long time ago, memory lane (well maybe not that long ago XD)
400th comment up there
nice@!

Yeah. It's a good way to practice.
This is a good multiplacation game! It's pretty fun! :)
wow... hard.
WOW!
This is kind of fun!
nice work.
What? Multiflications. I think watching a blang screen for 1 hours is more fun (But not two hours, thats just boring)
Fun
fun, to play. The moving pieces make it challenging. This would be a great game for someone who wants to learn their multiplication facts!
Thanks! I wanted it to be a fun way to practice your facts.
(view all replies)I love it! great graphics and good scripting!
cool!
this is really cool. I like how they turn grey when you have them in the right spot.
very nicely done. A liitle sound and maybe a po sound when the numbers go into the correct place
ha ha u said po. lol
(view all replies)Also look at my Super Multiplty Gizmo I am doing a game with it to be released soon.
HAHAHA! i found a glitch. nice game though
One glitch I noticed is that the game answers some of the facts for you. I don't know why that is happening.
(view all replies)well now i see why i sayed it was easy i thought all was the same like:1x1=? but now i tried the 12 and it took like 3 min to get all
It is easy if you know your multiplication facts. I thought it would be a good game for someone who is trying to learn the facts.

cool!
lots o' scripts
I tried to make it as small as possible. I actually changed all of my code at one point to make it simpler.
FEATURED!!!
I was excited!!!
Wow. That is cool.
Neat idea, the moving pieces makes it very challenging.
Thanks. I thought that might make it fun for someone who already knew his facts.
the 48 is here this time, but last time i cheaked for ages. Oh well, great game altogether! you got more scripts then my lunar com at about 600 :O!
Really cool!
Thanks!
thats wery great and cool
Thanks! It was a lot of work, but it was fun.
great concept, but a couple of small glitches. I was trying the X4 table to test it, and there was no 48 (for 4X12). Keep it up!
Give it another look. Maybe the '48' was behind another number. I tested each level before I uploaded it and I just looked at it now and saw a '48'.
good improvment, toshow and makr right answered stay in place
Occasionally, answers happen automatically. I'll have to figure out what I'm doing in the code to cause that.
Yeah...that's kind of strange. Also, the boxes don't seem to change color with the correct or incorrect answer any more...I thought that was a good feature.
(view all replies)cool
Nice game i added to my math game everyone, suggestion to have green color for the right
This is a great project...I really want to see it working well!
Take a look. I simplified the code quite a bit.

Great game. Fun to play.
Thanks. I enjoyed making it.
This would be cool with different levels of difficulty and different rows from the times tables!
I started with the 7s, but I'm thinking of doing the rest of the table.
Still, this is awesome!

I updated to include all of the tables. I also removed the error checking that caused the game to start over.
