When you say moderator (and I do know what a mod meens) how will anyone be able to moderate a scratch project?? Does it meen they moderate comments, if so and I know you have loads of mods can I be one???

Wow this is really great. Some ideas for some future versions. Make the map work, i had a glitch of not being able to close the newspaper. Maybe add more people there. It would be awsome to be able to have a pizza parlor. Last but not least, maybe add a few of the minigames! Anyways, great job!
