I think I may haver played something proberbly made by you before like this, exept it did'nt have the music or the shrink pickup. The shrink pickup should be used by a key once it is picked up because some people pmay wish to carry on with finding all of the faces. In fact, I think you should take it off all together to give people something to work for because once you gete it it basically restarts, which is why I died on purpose (at 54) Also, try editing the sprite's costumes to be much bigger, but instead of size starting at 0 it should start in the negatives so that the sprite doesnt get that pixelized look. Overall I would rate this so far 7/10 and I will proberbly check back at it to see what updates you have given it. @ the message 17 messages ago: Yes people should learn to understand that the game cannot be loved by everyone, you should'nt be mean but feel free to give your opinion.
You should add diferent levels that you go to when you get a certain score. The screen would no longer just be a box, it would be like a maze. Also more enemies at different levels and a powerup that allows you to shoot an enemy. Also make some dot (different colors) that give you more points, subtract points, or make you grow bigger faster.
i think that you could add a story line and levels, and between levels you could use score to buy upgrades like easier movement slower enemies and stuff like that. also the enemy can get faster each level

Disclaimer: Norm's BIG Day is not for everyone! It has a very particular style of gameplay/controls. Every game that is made will have some fans but also will have those that hate it.
I just scored 250! Once you get the controls down, you can do pretty good. I really wish the scratch team would implement leaderboards for online scratch projects. It would be really fun for games like this. I know people just post top scores in the comment section right now, but a leaderboard would be much nicer.
