when you do an Up+special you should be slower at moving, maybe i havent played the game in a while.
I don't have brawl or melee . . . :\ :( But I sort of intended it that way because I want to increase recovery and arial movement so people fight battles of the edge.

That's because you use your midair jumps. If you want I can make it so you have to release the button to jump again.
