Test if then when I receive block is delayed, that is, if the 2nd broadcast in the loop gets to run before the first when I receive handler (in Scratch 1.2.1 it is true, the variables are 112122 and 11212, respectively). Correct behaviour is for the first vvriable to be 121212, in my opinion.
