Changed again.... see spiral pattern4. The colour is a lot better, and it automatically adjusts the scale if it hits the side (retrying until it gets it right!). I also found out that clicking to the side of the knob will adjust it by one, so a small slider is able to get all the values from 1-100. Also discovered how to sense the direction of the sprite.
I love 70, 90, 1 (from MyRedNeptune) - who would have thought it possible?
See spiral 5 for the latest and greatest version of this!
A simple spiral can make fantastic patterns. Change "start", "limit" and angle then start the project (or press the spacebar). If it hits the side when drawing it will mess up the pattern so try a different combination.
Good values to use (start, limit & angle):
70,74,11; 73,74,6; 55,62,6; 28,62,65; 50,69,11
Any other nice patterns?
I made the sliders very wide by putting lots of spaces after the variable names. Short sliders can't get all the values. The colour is related to direction so the colour changes smoothly around the pattern.

Very Logo-like and nicely done. Simple to use for experiments and a good clean display.
