These are very impressive; they look like photographs! Amazing. I was thinking of some nicer backgrounds for Highway Engineer. My one attempt at a river through a valley came out very poorly. However, any background for that game would have to be taken from almost a straight-down perspective so that you didn't lose a lot of potential road-laying space to the sky (where you a road wouldn't look right). Terragen make views like that? That would be cool if you want to give it a try!

Nice ones! I actually found out about Terragen from Bluestribute. I would guess the "snow" is in reality a child terrain with white coloration?

Yes you can choose the height of the view, and the angle.
