Download the 2 sprites and 5 scripts of "Draw and Compress!" and open it in Scratch Project Notes
Draw your shape, then, when you're done, press compress! It doesn't record when your mouse is down, but it will draw a straight line from where you left off and to where you clicked again (unless you press compress). It simplifies the shape.

Excellent, but if you release the mouse when drawing, the playback will show the mouse down when it wasn't!
That was pointed out in the project notes. Thanks anyways! I might fix that later.
