Oh, one more thing: it seems that the Java player has shrunk the text down to a tiny size. You may want to download the project if you have difficulty reading the text.

Incredible drawings for a mouse! My drawings always come out funny-looking when I use a mouse.
Ah, mouse drawing takes practice and patience. I think if you keep practicing you'll get better at mouse drawing ^^

I wish I did fencing
It's pretty fun. You have to hit your oppnent in a certain amount of time. I fence with a weapon called a foil, you basically have to poke your oppnent with it to get a point. :)

It depends on the drawing style and the artist's preference: some styles seem to better call for use a tablet, others, a mouse. ^^

i canNAWT believe you drew all of that with a computer mouse!!! I have a Dell Mini, so it's REALLY hard for me and pewpie (who also has a DM), my bff.
Drawing with a computer mouse is a bit of a strain on the hands; it took me days to get these images complete. I wish I had a tablet, at least using that is easier on the hands ^^

OMG, those drawings are AWESOME. I kinda suck at drawing so good, sometimes I can, but I'm mostly a cartoon person, if you know what I mean. XD
try what ive been experimenting with, drawing with lots of really small straight lines to make a curved line. it has much improved my art.

Drawing with a mouse is hard, it takes practice, but there's a trick to it: using the straight line tool. :D I've been meaning to do a tutorial about that for a while (school makes me busy ^^;), hopefully I can get it done soon. And thank you for your very kind comment, I really appreciate it. :) I believe that one should treat others with respect and kindness if they expect it in return. :)

(view all replies)Since you like Yu-Gi-Oh do/did you have a deck? I spent a fortune on cards when I was younger and now they aren't worth anything XD Also, How do you feel about Yu-Gi-Oh GX and 5 D's? Personally, the only Yu-Gi-Oh anime I like is the original.
Answer to spinoffs: I'm not too pleased with the way YGO was continued; GX and 5Ds are semi-spinoffs with only the card game, setting, and timeline connecting them to the original series. I would have preferred a series involving something following the original Egyptian theme, or at least something involving the original characters (I'll probably be bashed for this: the use of the original cast is one of my reasons for liking the 4KidsTV's Capsule Monsters series over GX and 5Ds).

Answer to your question about a deck: I do have a deck in hand, back from the days when the original YGO was still aired and quite popular, but I don't use it anymore - but I still retain the cards because they make good drawing references for my art projects.

I use French Grip, and I can understand what you mean (it can be difficult on the hands).
omg... Ur lucky u have a mouse. I use a mac laptop, so its really hard to draw. U need to move your finger around.

True, I love drawing on paper (and other traditional media techniques) because I have more control over stuff. But having a tablet is easier than drawing with a computer mouse. :P

Well, sometimes edits can be pretty clever. They give computer artists a feel for how the original artist created the image in the first place. :)
