Another user interface widget for choosing things in a program. Click on the "?" bubble for help. To reposition main bubble, use arrow keys while cursor is in menu area.

I'm making a offline operating system out of your project called Scrano-Tec.Thanks for imspirering me to do that, and by the way I don't know when it will come out but when it dose I will tell you. My Scrano-Tec links will be, OS, OOS, Operating System, animation.
