Design studio project re Haiku. Generates really random nerdy Haiku. Please remix and make your own. You just need to change the text in the 5 and 7 syllable sprites. This project uses my bamboo project plus Jens music and a button from an old I Ching project. -- v3 with even more nerdy goodness.

It was a name me and my oldest son (who is now 15) used in the online game Everquest about 10 years ago. It just kinda stuck. The character was a half-lizard monk I believe, and chalk + marrow seemed like a cool name. When we created the Scratch account, we used that name without even thinking...

Yeah. It's pretty random. Now that we have lists that can store text strings, something like this would be a lot easier to make (though maybe not as pretty, using variable watchers).

well, the last third of your comment is certainly correct, for sure, but as fullmoon says, it's 5 _syllables_, not _words_. And also it generates _lots_ of rubbish poems, not just one.
