I heard John Conway talk about this game once. He said it was intentionally created to be hard to analyze by computer.
Tic Tac Toe is actually far better than Sprouts, as Sprouts has a pre-determined winner. Depending on the type of Sprouts and the number of starting dots either the first or the second player will always win, just read the Wikipedia article.
On the Wikipedia article, it states that if you make the last move, you either win or lose. The last move is the move when the last available spot is taken; no more moves can be made. It can be either P1 or P2. Kind of like a maze. If you reach a dead end first, you win/lose.

in every turn-based not randomized game, when the best possible players play, either the first player always win, the second player always win, or they always make draw, so neither game's good at this point :P anyway, tictactoe is way worse in that point :D
Well, actually in Sprouts, there you can't draw, and in Tic-tac-toe, there are only 9 spots, so...
Whats with the Dragonair And the Umbreon?

Cat's Game! For the 17th time! LOL.
I've never heard of Sprouts but,my opinion about this project is it's good actually and my opinion over Sprouts Vs Tic Tac Toe is tic tac toe. I sorta like Sprouts.

sorry. i tried that before on my ds, but its impossible to download anything usable to the dsi. it's only a web browser, not surfer.
You could also use the Flash player.
