This is cool...kind of like a strobe effect :) To answer your question: When you Flag as Inappropriate, it sends an email to a member of the Scratch Team. They will review the project and your flag message. If they find a violation of the Terms of Use, they will act on it. Copying somebody else's project is kind of a grey area though...the team likes to encourage remixing as it is a great way to learn but copying without changing anything is not good.
Yeh thanks...... I sort of lost my temper. I get like that. But it IS sort of unfair, cause he/she gets all the credit...... oh well. Thanks.
