There's a lot to be done still. I'd like to be able to backspace through the music sheet, if one makes a typo. Note duration (quavers etc.) would be nice, and silences, and maybe a set of pre-recorded tunes to listen to/play with.
This is really nice! An idea for improvement, it would be nice to have a way to hear the note we are about to record, in case you are composing by ear.

I want to improve this, but I think it got to the point where it's worth sharing, and I think there's bits other scratchers might like to use in this one.
Nothing very complicated in this. Turning the note number into the correct music notation takes some integer arithmetic. Since there are no arrays in scratch, I used coloured dots to "record" the music instead.
