sure the original method of tile scrolling was created by macbthpsw, i just liked it so i imported his artwork and used my own programming for this game,(and some of my own artwork).
Download "Ultima Demo"(17 sprites and 36 scripts) and open it in Scratch
Project Notes
This is an scrolling tile map engine, that has very few glitches. this was inspired by macbthPSW's ultima preview(and yes i do play ultima for NES). almost all of the artwork was done by MacbthPSW, but all the programming is mine. I used Mayhems Idea where i have sprites working in sync, so this should by a little faster. Please report any glitches, one that i know of is the double stamping near the right side. So have fun and Don't forget to push the love-it button.

That is pretty cool. I assume the terrain is being read from that array that looks like a map?
