Download the 19 sprites and 34 scripts of "Virtual Golf" and open it in Scratch Project Notes
This is an almost finished version of my 2D Golf game. 1) Click the green Flag 2) Select Club with the buttons at the top or keys 1-3. You current club is highlighted in red. 3) Hold down space to increase power and the release to drive. I would call this hole a par4 however until you have learnt how much to hit it it is difficult. (It is possible to pot the ball in just 2 shots.) I hope you enjoy it. Ive have also added a 'distance to hole' indicator. Assume that the starting club can hit about 250yards.

um bigB there is a glitch in the game were if you press the space bar while the ball is in mid air it bounces higher and higher.

I got hole in one ! bug: if you press space bar many times you can make the ball fly;-)
THIS IS GR8! i love the way the clubs actually do what the real clubs that look like that do.
the ball got stuck to the top of the screen!
a bug: I was putting for birdie, I got it in the hole, but it made me putt again?

i got a birdie. But there is a glithch on the hill before the hole, and the ball went through the hill and then sunk down, but still a fascinating game.
lol i just hit it on my second try then it just landed right in the hole!!
It freezes if the ball hits the top of the screen, but I like it.
i sank it in 3 shots. you should make one with 18 holes that have randomly generated terrain.
This is really cool! Very polished with a great interface. I love the touch of the waving flag.

tell you what woul make it better, If it rolled backwards/forwards when on a slope. Also more levels. until the I will add to the scratch brainiacs anyway.

Wow B, all of these projects are fantastic.I didn't know this was where you posted all of your projects!!! It took me seven shots to get the ball in the hole.... oh well, I can get better!!
