how do you get scratch 1.4?
go to the forums>annoucements>preliminary version of scratch 1.4 available for testing> then download. its a beta version. so you'll be a tester. you just need to report bugs you find and stuff. it will explane it in there. or wait till the end of june for the finl version.
actually anyone can use 1.4. the release canidate is out
i know. but it makes me feel awesome..er then those who don't have it... grr :)
i think you can download it to get the blocks.
