You are Fabio. Get the light blue bottle of hair shampoo using the arrow keys to make your hair level go up by one. If your hair level reaches five you win. Don't run into garbage or the gangster. they will lower your hair level by one. If Fabio's hair level gets to zero it will make Fabio's smooth and cool hair a mess and it will be game over.
