I just cut out the image of bottom lip and made it as a separate sprite that was controlled by blocks. You should download the code and see it in Scratch. It's easier to see there than explaining with words :)

Sorry. I should have explained more. We moved the Scratch website to a new server and I was testing if I could upload. Most of you are not able to upload because Scratch by default uploads to scratch.mit.edu. Right now scratch.mit.edu is just redirecting to scratch.media.mit.edu. On Monday we hope to have scratch.mit.edu working again. In general, the official website is scratch.mit.edu not scratch.media.mit.edu, that's why we are not changing Scratch to upload to scratch.media.mit.edu.
