The arrows piont at a moving white dot randomly bouncing around. You need to click on the dot. The Speed slider bar controls what else? the speed! The same goes for the Size slider. You can adjust the difficulty depending where you set the sliders to. 10-10 is the hardist and 1-2 is the easiest. You start off in the middle. To hard? turn one down a bit? To easy? Turn one up. If you press "H" the dot will show itself after a delay.
