Inspiring words about Scratch. I'm not much of a speechwriter but maybe this would be helpful. "Scratch lets you create new worlds that previously only existed in your imagination and then share them with a world audience. Along the way, you will learn valuable thinking skills and have an incredibly fun time doing it. Imagine - Program - Share"
