That is a very nice idea. DrSuper gave me some "Homework" to do. He told me to make a start button instead of making the user type or click anything else. If you have the time, you could do a remix of this project and I would be privileged. Regards, Ahaan.
Hey, i'm very impressed with the quality and concept of this project, especially since you are only 10 years old!!! It might be a good idea to have the car return to the beginning after a calculation so that it does not end up off screen. This can be achieved with a simple if statement which checks the X location of the car sprite and moves it to the left if it is not at the start position. good luck :)
I made a new one in the mean while. It didn't come out the same way I wanted it to so please suggest ways to improve (link to project) Thank you very much,
Ahaan.
for a ten year you rock! It would be good to add units like Km/hour , hour and Km also you can have two sets and allow the use to change it
mph, hour, mi and m/sec, sec, m Also have the user click on the car and some other icon rather than pressing e and r.
I can change the commands for the car but I have made several remixes of this with different units. You have to just click on the remixes and you will find my projects.
Thanks,
Ahaan
Works very nicely! A good application of Distance = Speed * Time. It would be nice if you could enter the Time variable with fractions of an hour, such as 2.5 hours. That might be easier to do with the 1.4 Ask/Answer blocks, if you feel like making another version :)
I have made 2 remixes of this. (Different units). You can see them if you like. I even downloaded 1.4 and it is making things a lot easier for me. (I downloaded it because you told me). It really helps.
