In my projects, I wanted people to move their bodies and stay away from the computer. I wanted people to have fun while moving around and create something, for example a musical composition. First, I laid color sheets of paper on the floor, connected each pair of touch sensors to it and then created special "shoes" out of aluminum foil. When I step on each color sheet, my foil shoes connected the sensors so that they send info to computer and my on screen characters would move, change costumes, size and make sounds. Second version included stripes of foil attached to the sensors on each squares, so that I would not have to step exactly on tips of the sensors to connect the circuit.
