These are a few Master Chief sprites ripped by Grim and Bonzai, but they ask that credit be given to Dobermann, Chainsaw, AlexTheBlund, 58, and Atomik. (all names from sdb.neuropod.net)
EDIT: You might have to edit the center of the sprites in the sprite editor. They are not aligned.

DL the project into scratch, go to the box in the bottom right, right click on them and go to export sprite :D

cool! I'm using this sprite for a Super Smash Bros. game, if it's all right. But could you please get some of him using a melee attack with an assult rifle, the bullet of the rocket launcher and sniper rifle, a pelacin, and anything else you can think of? That would be great if you could.

That not halo zero. Halo zero had a small cute looking master cheif, where all the guns were too big for him. He had too carry the Assault Rifle on his shoulder.
