Tree_of_Knowledge: Uh... I guess it's okay. The point of me making this was to have a drawing program that was unique and easy to operate. You can use the color palette image if you like, it's not copyrighted :D
fab_programmer123: I wrote a little program in Scratch that draws a color palette (I can post it if you like), took a screenshot of the result and imported the picture into a sprite.
Great Job!
Check out ScratchPad 3 Gold Edition in spring 2008. It will implement a number of the features shown here, if it's okay with you. It will NOT be an exact copy, as I have many more features planned.
Great pallet, by the way!
Cool! Looks like a 'real' piece of professional software. I especially like the palette and the way you can fine tune colors and shades. Also, the line draw tool is very good. I love it.
Download "Hyperdraw"(13 sprites and 22 scripts) and open it in Scratch
Project Notes
A drawing program. (Why else would it be called HyperDraw!?)
The Pencil and Eraser tools don't need explaining; Line Draw, however, is used like this:
Click somewhere and the cursor will go to that place.
Click a second time in a different place and the cursor will draw a straight line there. Or you can just hold down the mouse button to draw dashed lines.
Click somewhere on the Color Palette to change the pen's color. The X position of the click determines the color, while the Y position is for the shade. Since the Color Palette has half of its possible resolution, the Color and Shade changer buttons are for precise changes.
The box that says "Commonly Used" above it has nine colors that are used often.

though the color palette may seem wrong online, it isn't. The button colors are wrong but the pen colors are right.

sausagestand: Oh, that's what you mean. It's a glitch with the online version. Download HyperDraw, and the button colors will work.
