If you draw up, then the line appears to be going up. If you draw down, then the line appears to be drawing down. So if you want to draw a line like it's going down a hill, draw downwards, rather than upwards.
im not saying it as a bad thing, it looks kinda cool actually. when you draw, for ex, a highway, it looks like it went up a hill. because of the color i suppose...
What do you mean, it pulls up at the top of the screen? (It looks much better when you download it: the sizes are more even, and the colors are more vivid.)

if you move your mouse across the screen like crazy you can make a pretty modern looking masterpeice...
it looks like it pulls up at the top of the scrren... do you think you could do this without the stamp feature and use pen instead?

That's weird. It doesn't change color online as vividly as it does downloaded.
