Nice, stop-frame animation! Definately, a tripod would help make things a bit smoother, but I enjoyed it. I also watch The Office a lot so I got your Dundar Miflin reference. Enjoy!
both of you are correct the reason why it is kind of dark is my camera is not the best quality. yes i do know i should keep my camera more still thank you both for tips
A tripod help keep the camera angle constant.
You can also edit the pictures to make sprites that you can move around under program control.
You might want to play some with the exposure (or do digital correction afterwards) as these pictures came out a bit dark.
Scratch is ok for lego animation, but if you get into stop-animation in a big way, there is software that is better suited to the task (like iStopMotion).

You should learn to hold your camera still. But it's quite good. :) And great for your first! So good job!
