Very good job for a beginner - you should make the gas rise by 10 instead of one, multiple kinds of bugs to shoot, some bugs could "sting" you and you lose life, meaning when you die you stop. YOu can have multple levels, and tougher bugs the farther you get. Also, you should be able to use your points to buy more cans and powerups at the end of each level.

Great game idea...I love the art and the music! You might want to make the can a little smaller and speed up the "bullets" - it's pretty random right now if you actually hit the bees - they have to run into your shot!
