maybe you could have so many "lives" and when one of those targets hit the bot a life could be lost ..
or when the targets are regenerated a bonus target replenishing a life when destroyed by the bot could be added.. that sort of thing..
This is a lot of fun! Great sound effects and graphics. I like the simplicity of it, I wouldn't mess with controlling the rotation, part of the fun is the frustration with having to wait for the ship to get to the correct angle. What would be fun, though, would be a count of how many kills you had and a ratio of kills per shot so you would have something to try and improve. It would also be good if it automatically regenerated the targets once the screen was empty. Finally, you might think about putting a time limit on the game so that people would have a standard to compare themselves to, so many targets in so much time. Great job!
Click the green flag to start the game.
Press the space bar to shoot.
If you run out of ammo, wait for the recharge bar to refill.
Press the "a" key to fill the screen with more targets.
Try to clear the screen in as few shots as possible.

You should be able to control the rotation. But other than that very nice idea.
