What version of Scratch do you have? It could be that you have an older version than 1.3, and it won't open because the old version can't open files from newer versions. That's happened to me before; it's pretty annoying! :)
I'd do it but... My PC doesn't like me downloading stuff.

Really? I thought there were a lot... You can search for 'Warrior Cats' and get a ton of results, but I guess now that I think about it most are made by just a few people...
