why did you use the logon sound for shutting down?

why do you use windows sounds? OS's are all supposed to be unique in their own way, and they never use another's sounds.
and Internet explorer is only for windows since it was made by Microsoft and windows is the only operating system that can open .exe files without needing to download a .exe file opener like wine.

Vista is a horrible excuse for a Windows computer. Too much lag, resource intake and it's all glassy which is kinda dumb. Plus lots more unstable.
