Sidd if I were you I would've rated it complexity: 6/10; graphics: 8/10; fun: 9/10; dunno what you mean by professionalism and how it differs from complexity, and what a pity you don't have creativity and originality.
complexity--- hmmm... seems complex, youve added a store, a battle place, many things. full marks for that....
lastly, we hav the fun rating. I had some fun yea, but couldve gone with a menu or instructions somewhere, but i figured it out quick enough
professionalism: 9/10
graphics: 4/10
complexity: 10/10
fun: 8/10
overall: 7.75/10
hey this is siddthesquid from the ipryp gallery...
lets start off with professionalism
hmmm... yea pretty professional looking to me. You got the buttons right, everything is in the right place. You could've used a menu in the beginning, because i didn't know what to do. professionalism includes the project notes, so you've got it pretty good there.
graphics---im sorry, but they are somewhat poor. i couldnt tell what some of the things were.
Hey everyone, thanks for suggestions on improvments and nice comments! If you'd like more information on the game and what is going to be on the next version, just go to this forum >>>>>>>> (link to forums)
It's a good start. You should make the text darker and show your opponents hitpoints. Maybe you should have more clothes unlocked as you play the game. And finally, fix it so you can put clothes on more than once.
1. I will; 2. I am trying so damn hard; 3. Exactly what I'm gonna do; 4. I was trying last night, I'll see what I can do. Thanks for those suggestions, I'll take it into consideration :)
Very Good, Everything goes in a flow , if you get my point. The only thing i would suggest is that the text in the game sometimes is hard to read because the text is white while the background is light light blue, maybe the text could be a dark gray or a medium gray shade
Download "Gobo RPG"25 sprites and 160 scripts of and open it in Scratch
Project Notes
UPDATES:
1. Added 'color' system
2. Battle booth added
3. The RPG engine is FINALLY done!
4. Clothing system (1 item only) has been made, still with a few glitches though.
(RPG ENGINE: But, some of the features that are supposed to be attached to it when you win aren't there, such as leveling up, earning items and Gocool stickers, decreasing the speed of which your hunger and thrist goes down, ect ect)
Still quite a few glitches.
The version is displayed in the top right. As you see, it's quite an early version.
Help is there, so click on it for...well, help.
You can check the help, communicate with your Gobo, feed it, make it rest and eat.
Strangely, it only eats gray things...unusual..
Also, there's a setting for volume, too, hopefully, we'll have a difficulty and brightness setting soon enough.
If you'd like any more settings, just say!
Enjoy!
NOTE: The volume bar dosen't work online, so I might have to take it off. If you'd like to keep it on, take it off, or add any other settings you'd think would be helpful, just comment!
