For all DBZ fans and gamers, you might ask:


How does Cell know Spirit Bomb?
Show: He has Goku's DNA. It is inherited from Goku. Goku learned the Spirit Bomb from King Kai when Goku was killed by Piccolo to kill Raditz. But unfortunately, Cell doesn't use it even though he has that move.
Game: In his Super Perfect Form, Spirit Bomb will become his Ultimate Blast move. He can only use it in Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2.
