This is my latest project, Requiem of Thunder. Requiem of Thunder is a vertically scrolling space shooter which at the moment has no story, but will in the future. This demo contains the first 2 levels, with bosses,
Use the arrow keys to move and press Space to shoot. You can shoot up to 10 bullets at once.
I think that this is my best project yet, and is also one of my more complicated ones.

it doesn't work on my computer. too bad it looked cool.
This project was made in Scratch 1.2, so there were some old comment blocks inserted into scripts. Since you'll be using a later version of Scratch that doesn't support those blocks, you'll need to remove the comment blocks for the scripts to work. Have fun! :D

Let me rephrase that. Thief is my personal favorite and the most fun. This is the best.
Probably the best game ever put on Scratch, except maybe Thief.

I don't normally like shooting games but this is brilliant! You were right! It is up to my standards! So yes, it is in my gallery! I just love the bosses alternate moves. (link to gallery)

I figured out my projectile issues thanks to your code. I wasn't taking into account the fact that projectiles don't necessarily leave the screen in the same order their fired. Working on a new engine now. Thanks!
Also, genius on the stream of bullets. I came up with something completely clunky and kinda glitchy on Robot vs Demons. Basically, each shot triggers a variable so the others can tell which ones are flying. This works great until the engine starts bogging down.
Oh yea, and you should check out my Robot vs Demons :)
