This is my latest project, Requiem of Thunder. Requiem of Thunder is a vertically scrolling space shooter which at the moment has no story, but will in the future. This demo contains the 1st level and its boss.
Use the arrow keys to move and press Space to shoot. You can shoot up to 10 bullets at once.
I think that this is my best project yet, and is also one of my more complicated ones.

i forgot to add this: when it overheats you cant shoot till the overheating is done
9.5/10 it makes me feel like im playing a Atari game or something, this is great the only thing you should do is have a overheating ship, when i say this i mean instead of being able to hold space forever and let you keep shooting, maybe have a overheating variable and when you shoot the x amount of bullets in a certain time let it overheat, or you could have ammo. Awesome game!

Excellent! Reminds me of Galaxians or something similar. Only problem I ran into was that right after I defeated the boss, a beam of light came out of nowhere and fried me.

Thanks for your comment on my Sonic game. It is only my first try. Hopefully I'll get the collision right so sonic doesn't bounce when he hits the platform.
