Really nice detail! The problem with the rain is that you have a test of "Y position = -330" which is clearly not being met, probably because you are initializing Y to 81 and then subtracting 8 each time through the loop which will never end exactly on -330. A better approach is a test more like "Y position < -330". Give that a try and see what happens!
