Did you draw this character on scratch or did you scan it and import it? If not either of those what did you use?
I drew it on Scratch. I drew and animated a base first, then drew and colored on top of it.

Okay. Just also look at one of the real caramelldansens (like the one from Popotan) and keep pausing it so that you can get the moves right. I don't think mine is all that accurate. XD

Wow! That's GREAT animation. The lines could be a bit cleaner, and at one point her mouth is white instead of pink. (you said you wanted critice, and this took me a while to find) Otherwise, it's REALLY smooth and AMAZINGLY drawn. I can tell you put alot of time into it!!!
